Food Menu - Set Menus

Our menu focuses on carefully sources charcutierie and cheeses and small dishes for sharing. We change our menu seasonally and as the whim takes us to keep things interesting: please take a look below to see the latest.

Our meat is sources from small free range or organic farms in East England and Wales, apart from the Ibérico pork which comes direct from Spain. The majority of our fish comes from sustainable sources and British waters.

Wine List

The wine list focuses on purely Spanish and Italian wines with an emphasis on indigenous grapes and small producers. However we do also list some of the greats and are one of the cheapest places in London to drink the likes of Vega Sicilia or Sassicaia.

We also offer ten sherries by the glass as well as a great selection of brandy, whisky and rums. We've trained our staff  to be "mini-sommeliers" so do come along to test out their knowledge!

Recipe of the Month

Each month our executive chef Ben Tish will be detailing a new recipe off our menu making good use of seasonable produce.

Iberico Pork

Opera Tavern differs from its sister restaurants in its use of a charcoal grill and focus on fresh Ibérico pork. The Ibérico breed of pig is seen as the king of pigs! Its semi wild existence and acorn heavy diet leads to an intensely flavoured meat very different from standard pork.

Most restaurants tend to serve it only in its cured form - the delicious Jamôn Ibérico - however we cook it up from fresh in mini burgers, as pinchos morunos and even prepare it uncooked as an exquisite tartare.
